Author Guidelines

  • We accept only original texts that have not been previously published elsewhere.

  • The manuscript should be prepared in Microsoft Word format. Both the main text and footnotes (as footnotes at the bottom of the page) should be typed in Times New Roman font, with 1.5 line spacing and default margins (2.5 cm). Font size: 12 for the main text, 10 for footnotes.

  • The article, including the title and reference list, should be submitted as a separate file, without the author’s name.

  • A second file should include the following information:

    • author’s name, ORCID identifier, affiliation (name of the basic and superior institution),

    • article title, abstract (200–300 words), and 4–10 keywords in Polish,

    • article title, abstract (200–300 words), and 4–10 keywords in English.

  • Please minimize text formatting and do not use automatic hyphenation. For titles and subtitles, use the “normal” font style (no all caps or bold); subtitles may be distinguished by numbering or font size. The text must be free of double spaces and should not contain paragraph indents created with the space bar or tab.

  • Do not insert illustrations or examples directly into the text—refer to them only (e.g., see Ex. 1). Illustrations and musical examples should be saved as separate graphic files (TIFF or JPG) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. All illustrations, examples, charts, and tables should be numbered and saved in separate files. A list of tables, examples, and illustrations (with numbers and captions) should be included in a separate file.

  • Articles in English should be prepared according to The Chicago Manual of Style.
